My 12 week weight loss transformation begins on the 17 October 2018.
I have been losing weight since the beginning of the year, not following any exercise or diet plan. I have just been exercising a little, eating less & making healthier choices.
But now I want to take my transformation to the next level.
I want to lose the rest of my weight until I hit my goal & get back into the best shape of my life.
